About Pioneras

Pioneras en STEM is a UnidosUS program that aims to increase access to and entry into science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)-related careers for young people. The program will help foster positive expectations for Hispanic students and increase engagement in the academic process — leading to improved high school graduation rates, postsecondary enrollment and completion rates, and advancement into careers with opportunities for upward mobility. Ultimately, this next-generation STEM education program aims to enhance variety within the STEM talent pipeline by increasing Hispanic representation in STEM fields.
