Thanks to mentorship, education, and hands-on problem-solving, she launched Mini Mimi, a donut business that has captured the hearts of her community.
Kamila’s story is a powerful example of what can happen when we invest in young girls and their potential.
Women like Muriel Lázaro are also transforming their futures. After 50, Muriel found her passion for ethical communication and, with the resources of the Metro Women’s Business Center, built a thriving business. Her story reminds us that it’s never too late to follow your dreams—and that the ripple effect of empowerment can uplift entire communities.
